Should new X-rays or a detailed, completely new written treatment plan be necessary for an exact diagnosis, we will inform you transparently in advance about the costs involved. Do I need to inform my current dentist?
No, this is not absolutely necessary. An open approach is often helpful, but you can also seek a second opinion from us in complete discretion.
Do I absolutely have to bring X-rays?
Current documents are very helpful and will save you additional costs. If no images are available, we will take them ourselves using the latest, low-radiation technology.
What if the second opinion differs from the first plan?
We will present our alternative solutions to you transparently and comprehensibly. You will then be free to decide, without any pressure, which path you wish to take.
Am I bound by Dentanova after the consultation?
